We are pleased to announce that the PROPLANET Project will be featured in the upcoming ECOSYSTEX Insights Series #18, taking place on Friday, 14 November 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 CET.
This online session, organised under the ECOSYSTEX – European Community of Practice for a Sustainable Textile Ecosystem initiative, will bring together leading experts and EU-funded projects to discuss the latest developments in sustainable innovation, advanced materials, and green manufacturing technologies.
During the event, the PROPLANET Project will be represented by Dr. Anja Verbič from the National Institute of Chemistry (Kemijski inštitut) and Dr. Òscar Calvo i Mezquida from AITEX, who will present key project results and insights. Their presentation will focus on the development of PFAS-free, safe, and sustainable coating technologies for applications in textiles, glass, and metallic surfaces, showcasing how science and innovation can work together to reduce environmental impact and promote a circular materials economy.
