PROPLANET Project Shines at XI Congreso I+D Creando Sinergias

We are proud to announce that our esteemed partner, AITEX, actively participated in the XI Congreso I+D Creando Sinergias, held at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) on July 4^th in Alcoi, Spain.

During this prestigious event, AITEX, in collaboration with the Kemijski inštitut – National Institute of Chemistry, showcased groundbreaking results from the PROPLANET Project. Their focus was on innovative textile solutions and the analysis of benchmark methods for detecting fluorine content in textiles.

One of the highlights of the event was their collaborative poster presentation titled “Development of PFAS-free Textile Finishings by Bio-based Alternatives.” This poster provided an in-depth look at the research and development efforts aimed at creating sustainable, PFAS-free textile finishes using bio-based alternatives. The presentation sparked insightful discussions among experts, highlighting the significant impact and potential of these sustainable solutions in the textile industry.

The participation of AITEX and the Kemijski inštitut at the conference not only demonstrated the innovative strides being made within the PROPLANET Project but also underscored the importance of collaborative efforts in driving forward environmentally friendly and sustainable practices in the industry.
